Connect Google Workspace for automatic user sync and SSO.
What it does
The Google Workspace integration allows you to:
- Automatically sync users — new employees appear in Offly when added to your Google org
- Deactivate leavers — users removed from Google are deactivated in Offly
- Profile sync — names and profile photos stay up to date

Setup

Navigate to integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace.

Connect your Google account
Click Connect and sign in with a Google Workspace admin account. Grant the requested permissions.

Configure sync settings
Choose:
- Which organisational units to sync
- Default department for new users
- Default role for new users
- Sync frequency

Run initial sync
Click Sync Now to import existing users. Review the preview before confirming.

Automatic sync
After initial setup, Offly checks for changes every hour. New Google Workspace users are automatically invited.
