Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security with TOTP-based 2FA.

What is 2FA?

Two-factor authentication adds an extra verification step when you log in. After entering your password, you'll also need a 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Setting up 2FA

1

Navigate to security settings

Go to Settings → Security and find the Two-Factor Authentication section.

2

Scan the QR code

Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) and scan the QR code shown on screen.

3

Enter the verification code

Type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify it's working correctly.

4

Save your backup codes

Offly generates one-time backup codes in case you lose access to your authenticator. Save these somewhere safe.

Save your backup codes

If you lose your authenticator device and don't have backup codes, you'll need to contact your admin to reset 2FA.

Disabling 2FA

You can disable 2FA from the same security settings page. You'll need to enter a valid code to confirm.
