Your dashboard shows a Who's Off Today widget listing anyone currently on leave. This gives you an instant availability check without opening the wallchart.

Checking future availability
To plan ahead, use the wallchart and navigate to the dates you're interested in. You can see at a glance:
- Who's already booked off
- How many people are off simultaneously
- Whether there are approval-pending requests
Before booking
The Book Leave dialog shows a mini-availability indicator for your selected dates, so you can see if it's a busy period before submitting.
