Inviting Your Team

Add team members to your Offly organisation.

How invitations work

When you invite someone, they receive an email with a link to join your organisation. They'll create their own password and be immediately added to your team.

Navigate to People settings

Go to Settings → People and click the Invite Members button.

Enter email addresses

Type or paste email addresses. You can invite multiple people at once by separating addresses with commas.

Choose role and department

For each invitee, select:

  • Role — Member, Approver, or Admin
  • Department — which team they belong to

Send invitations

Click Send Invitations. Each person receives a welcome email with a link to set up their account.

Bulk import

Have a large team? Use Settings → People → Import to upload a CSV file with employee details. See Bulk Imports for the template format.

Invitation statuses

| Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | Pending | Invitation sent, not yet accepted | | Accepted | User has created their account | | Expired | Invitation expired after 7 days |

You can resend or revoke pending invitations at any time.

Automatic sync

If you use Google Workspace, you can enable automatic user synchronisation. New employees are added to Offly automatically when they join your Google organisation.
