Get your team up and running on Offly in under 5 minutes.

Overview

This guide walks you through setting up Offly from scratch. By the end, your team will be able to book and approve leave.

Create your account

Go to app.offly.net and click Get Started Free. Enter your work email and choose a secure password.

Set up your organisation

You'll be guided through a short setup wizard:

  • Organisation name — your company or team name
  • Country — used to auto-import public holidays
  • Leave year start — when allowances reset (e.g. January or April)
  • Working days — which days your team works

Invite your team

Navigate to Settings → People and invite team members by email. Choose their role:

  • Member — book leave and view the wallchart
  • Approver — approve/decline requests for their department
  • Admin — full access to all settings

Book your first leave request

Click Book Leave on the dashboard, select dates, choose a leave type, and submit.

You're all set!
