The People page shows everyone in your organisation. From here you can manage profiles, roles, departments, and allowances.

Employee profiles
Each team member has a profile containing:
- Name and email
- Role (Member, Approver, Admin)
- Department
- Start date (used for pro-rata calculations)
- Leave allowances

Edit a profile
Click any employee to view and edit their details. Changes take effect immediately.

Deactivate an employee
When someone leaves your organisation, deactivate their account rather than deleting it. This preserves their leave history for reporting.
Deactivation
Deactivated users cannot log in but their data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time.
